What is the minimum number of hours someone can work full time in the State of North Carolina?
The second part of the question is: can they reduce their hours below the minimum number of hours? Any help would be greatly appreciated thank you.
I work for here in Charlotte County and are very strict rules to follow. If you did not answer your question, here. If you are hired as full-time employee, then they are not work authorized if less than 40 hours per week. Now if you said that your work will not be cutbacks in hours, then you must make sure and be clear that you will not be a part-time worker's case against the law to do so and you can bring prosecution.
